AT-12 Anomaly
In July 2008, Noront discovered a nickel, copper sulphide showing approximately nine kilometres northeast of the Eagle's Nest discovery. By 2011, a total of 50 holes (over 19,000 metres) have been completed at AT-12.
Drilling to date has indicated the presence of nickel, copper, platinum and palladium ranging from several tens of metres averaging between 0.5 and 0.8% Ni with 0.2 to 0.3% Cu and minor Pt and Pd to several metres averaging up to 4% Ni and 3% Cu with higher Pt and Pd grades.
AT-12 continues to be a high priority target.
